We understand how conscious the need for extra precautions are to ensure your health and safety remains our foremost priority.

Freedom Air now offers an all-inclusive home from home travel experience reducing the number of people you have immediate contact with.  No need to think about car parking or returning your hire vehicle.  We have your transfer arranged.

A chauffeur will meet you and your family from your home or an address within a 25 mile radius of your departure airport.  We will notify you of your driver and vehicle details in advance of your journey with us.

What can you expect?

  •  10 person contact experience for each flight.
  •  Time saving and limiting the amount of people you come into immediate contact with.
  •  All vehicles are sanitised.  Approved masks are worn by all personnel.
  •  Sanitiser to be maintained in all transport and buildings.
  •  Luggage to be sanitised after removal from aircraft before being placed into vehicle.
  •  We will work with our preferred network of aircraft operators (all ARg/US safety audited).
  •  We work with our specially selected network of chauffeur, FBO and catering suppliers whom
  •  Deliver the highest levels of safety, quality and seamless service.

Meet & Greet

  • Our drivers undertake daily temperature checks, wear approved masks at all times, they carry ID and will remain more than 2 meters distance from you except within the vehicle. 
  • Your luggage will be placed in your vehicle once you are safely inside.
  • If you would like the windows open, our driver will ask you before you set off.
  • Sealed Welcome basket in car.  Basket content includes: surgical masks, sanitiser, water, lip balm Moisturiser, Sun screen.

On arrival at your private terminal

  • Where possible, we will arrange for your chauffeur to drive directly to your aircraft.
  • A member of staff will be there to welcome you and check you in ready to board your flight.
  • Your luggage will be screened where required and taken directly to the aircraft.
  • A private terminal staff member will transfer you in a sanitised vehicle to your aircraft.

What you can expect inside the private terminal

  • We request a no handling document process is followed by terminal staff.
  • Full-service facilities are available for your use at most private terminals prior to boarding.

Your aircraft

  • A member of the crew will welcome you at the steps of your aircraft.
  • For your peace of mind our crew will confirm to you that the aircraft has been fully sanitised prior to you embarking.
  • On board you will have access to our flight ready safety kits, which include:
        • Surgical masks
        • Non-touch thermometers
        • Gloves
        • Sanitiser
        • Anti-bacterial wipes
        • Disposable overshoe covers.

Your flight

  • If a flight attendant is travelling with you for your comfort, they will also wear approved masks, non-permeable gloves and maintain a respectful distance where possible.
  • Our food and beverage service follows strict healthcare code protocols for preparation and service.
  • Should your crew use any of the facilities, a thorough cleaning will follow for your peace of mind.

On arrival

  • A member of the staff will welcome you once you have disembarked and you can board your waiting vehicle. The same level of hygiene, distancing and is maintained.
  • Your luggage will be cleaned with anti-bacterial wipes upon being placed into your car.

Heading Home

  • You can expect a like-for-like experience throughout your journey taking you home.
