Freedom Air Ltd., on behalf of its clients, arranges aircraft and helicopter charters with fully licensed air carriers which exercise full operational control of and responsibility for charter flights at all times. Freedom Air Ltd. is not a direct or indirect “Air Carrier”. Freedom Air Ltd. does not own or operate any aircraft. Freedom Air Ltd., acts strictly as an Agent for the Charterer or client; All Aircraft and Air Carriers selected by Freedom Air are fully certified by the Federal Aviation Administration and the U.S. Department Of Transportation under Part 135 / 121 regulations, EASA flight safety Standards, and the Aviation standards regulatory and governing body in every respective country in which it undertakes business. Flights organised by Freedom Air shall only be sourced by Direct Air Carriers which meet ARg/US or Wyvern standards and adhere to all FAA safety standards and any other additional safety standards established by Freedom Air. Freedom Air Ltd., is a full service Aircraft Charter Broker and not a direct air carrier or direct foreign air carrier. All air service shall be provided by a properly licensed direct air carrier or direct foreign air carrier. Freedom Air does not carry additional liability insurance. Passengers are covered by aircraft operator insurance. Freedom Air is fully compliant with FAR Part 295 air charter broker regulations
