Where as most aircraft charter brokers are commission only agents acting as the intermediary between you the charterer and the operator, Freedom Air will act as Principal in your charter contract and we will therefore take full contractual responsibility for everything we do. Also, replacement aircraft in the event that, should your aircraft become unserviceable and it cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement aircraft at no extra cost to you. And, where possible we will provide a ‘like-for-like’ substitute aircraft and where permitting upgrade you to the next size.
Our client friendly contract allows you the charterer to contract directly with Freedom Air.
