Service and Guarantees

Where possible, flights operated within the USA and EU through Freedom Air will be undertaken by operators, which have a minimum of $100 million of Combined Single Limit insurance cover.

Should your flight experience a technical problem, we will guarantee a replacement aircraft, provided the original aircraft cannot be repaired, as soon as feasibly possible, at no extra cost to you. Where possible, we will provide a ‘like-for-like’ replacement aircraft.

Freedom Air only works with Operators possessing of all the necessary and appropriate licenses governing public transport operations. We carry out a full audit to ensure that the Operator is; properly licensed by the appropriate regulatory body, insurance levels meet the industry standard; pilot training and maintenance programmes are carried out in accordance with legal statute. Additionally, we will endorse and implement a clients own corporate audit requirements on flight standards.

24 hour operations department monitoring with our ‘live’ computer link to the European Central Flow Managing Unit (CFMU), ATC slots, position reports, airway access, anticipating en-route weather, liaising with ground transportation arrangements - ensuring a smooth flight each time. 24 hours prior to the departure of your flight we will track the aircraft that you will be flying on to ensure that it is running on time, and that any late running will be handled accordingly to avoid any adverse affect on the timely departure of your flight.
